Through this process, we become your allies, your guides, allowing us to choose not just magazine-worthy vendors, but the right ones for you. Florists who can tell your love story through blooms and vines. Photographers who will capture your classic elegance or imaginative wonder.
And then we execute. Like a master game of chess, we strategize, navigating complex contracts, postponement disagreements, timelines, budgets, and quarrels with your family over guests lists (it happens, it’s normal, and we’re here for you).

Scarlett & Bell is a team of caffeinated romantics run by Mercedes Somerville: Scorpio, addicted to design details, and in eternal search of whether pasta or bread is the ultimate carb.
When she started Scarlett & Bell, her goal was to create the perfect fusion of impeccable organization and empathy.

Let’s start with organization. We will build you budget tracker spreadsheets that could make even accountants swoon. Every month from now until your wedding day will be replete with tasks we check off one by one, so you need never worry about that one thing you might have missed.
We know what that one thing is and have already taken care of it.
This helps bring you to the wedding day itself, which will be so organized, so seamless, with such beautiful attention to detail you won’t even realize the transportation van got stuck in the snow, requiring an emergency rescue (true story).
Your wedding morning is fleeting and precious and should be spent with you friends, or your mom, or sweet grandma, or your other not-so-sweet-yet-still-invited grandma, or maybe snatched moments with your guy or gal-to-be.
Really, anything other than handling logistics gone awry.
That’s where we swoop in.
But no amount of swooping and day saving will matter if the wonderfully organized event doesn’t reflect who you are.
