What Should Our Wedding Budget Include?

When you get questions about wedding budgets, including ours in our enquiry form, it can be pretty confusing to know what is being referred to. Is it the total budget for that supplier/area of your wedding? Is it the all-in figure, everything from engagement ring to honeymoon? Generally, no to both of these. What is being asked is, what is your budget for the wedding day (or wedding weekend) and the related items.

Below is a list of what should be included and what shouldn’t.

WHAT YOUR WEDDING BUDGET SHOULD INCLUDE:

  • Venue

  • Catering

  • Bar

  • Photography

  • Florals

  • Videography

  • Styling and Rentals

  • Cake

  • Music and Entertainment

  • Officiant

  • Wedding License

  • Beauty

  • Transportation

  • Additional event days

WHAT YOU NEED TO BUDGET FOR OUTSIDE OF THE WEDDING BUDGET:
